back in the saddle bag. . .

Okay, here's attempt #2

Today, I went to Weight Watchers, and weighed in at a whopping 177 (DEEEP BREATH). At least it's meeting #1. But the point that I keep telling myself is that I cannot do this alone. Well, I guess technically I could, but truthfully I don't have a lot of motivation or accountability, for that matter. So WW is a great way for me to force myself into it!! And if there's anything worth forcing myself into, being skinny is up there with being kind to children, puppies, the elderly, etc.

So, here goes.

IF YOU BITE IT WRITE IT
1 c fiber one yogurt (peach)
1 lindor white chocolate truffle
1 can 12 oz diet coke
1 jimmy john's Turkey Tom
1 bag chips (jalapeno)

1 smoothie king 20 oz Pineapple Pleasure

Whew, I may feel motivated enough to do some core synergistics workout of p90x!! we'll see, eh?

  1. Awesome, Michelle! You make me laugh. "Being skinny is up there with being kind to children, puppies, the elderly." Hehehe. I have been having tons of eating right and exercising motivation problems lately. I'm still trying to figure out why...
