kicking booty

I have been made aware that some people actually READ my blog! Thank you, I feel so loved:)) and also inspired to keep writing about my journey towards weight loss and fitness.

Last week, I weighed in at 174, and was feeling discouraged. but it did steel my resolve to get moving and be the fly girl that is living in this fat suit. So, this week (I weigh in on Tues) I was down to 170lbs. and I must admit I hate that number. . . I was wishing that the scale could have at least given me the 169.9 (I wouldn't have rounded up, I promise!!). Yay, down 4lbs!! And in an effort to beat the daylights out of the 170 number, thus far I have run 9.5 miles! My goal is to make it to 17 by the end of the week. TOTALLY doable.

WHAT I ATE TODAY
vanilla yo-plus yogurt
1 egg
1 kimchee ramen noodle bowl.
and diet coke, of course:))

be sure to comment how awesome I'm looking when u see me next!!! Hahaha, XOXO

steeling my resolve

Ohhhhhhkay.
Weighed in today at WW at a whopping 174.2. So, I gained a pound. SO WHAT? I'm not discouraged. I ran 4 freakin' miles yesterday and pigged out at a family reunion. And today, and into this week, I am bouncing back. My neck is stiff.

Success

So, it's been one week since I've re-started WW. And I've followed the Momentum plan for the most part, moving more and definitely eating less. Aaaaaaannnd, I'm down 3.8lbs from last week! Yay!

173.2lbs

Here's hoping I can kick it into gear and be in the 160's by next week. That is the goal I am focusing on, I'm thinking of putting it as a sign on my fridge.

IF U BITE IT WRITE IT

Beware the Hungry Grouchy Lady.

Ohh, man I am feelin' day #2, and not in a good way. I'm not a "happy" dieter, the adjustment of my body taking in less calories makes me pretty miserable. So, to not take out my frustrations on those around me, I take a LOT of time-outs and try not to think about Doritos. Cool Ranch. . . *ahem*
I have found an awesome resource for those of you who are on WW and are as drive-thru dependent as I am. It's called "Dotti's Weight Loss Zone" and has been SO helpful and my go-to for finding my points on the fly, from pretty much any restaurant you could think of. So Dotti, wherever you are, THANK YOU!!

back in the saddle bag. . .

Okay, here's attempt #2

Today, I went to Weight Watchers, and weighed in at a whopping 177 (DEEEP BREATH). At least it's meeting #1. But the point that I keep telling myself is that I cannot do this alone. Well, I guess technically I could, but truthfully I don't have a lot of motivation or accountability, for that matter. So WW is a great way for me to force myself into it!! And if there's anything worth forcing myself into, being skinny is up there with being kind to children, puppies, the elderly, etc.

So, here goes.

IF YOU BITE IT WRITE IT
1 c fiber one yogurt (peach)
1 lindor white chocolate truffle
1 can 12 oz diet coke
1 jimmy john's Turkey Tom
1 bag chips (jalapeno)

1 smoothie king 20 oz Pineapple Pleasure

Whew, I may feel motivated enough to do some core synergistics workout of p90x!! we'll see, eh?
